1. Service Delivery
Mazuapp provides software services under the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Upon completion of a subscription purchase:
- Your account is activated immediately and access to the platform is granted.
- Login credentials are sent to your registered email address.
- No physical product delivery is involved; the service is delivered entirely in a digital environment.
- Initial setup and onboarding support is scheduled within 5 (five) business days from the start of the subscription.
2. Subscription Model
- Subscriptions are offered in monthly or annual periods.
- Subscription fees are collected in advance at the beginning of each period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless otherwise specified.
- Users are notified by email prior to renewal.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; access to the service continues for the remaining duration.
- No fees are charged after cancellation for subsequent periods.
4. Refund Policy
The following refund rules apply to software subscriptions as digital services:
- If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days from the start of the subscription.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@mazuapp.com.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
- No partial refunds are made for used months under annual subscriptions.
- Refund rights are void in cases of misuse of the service or breach of contract.
