Distance Sales Agreement

This Agreement is regulated in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and distance sales regulations.

Article 1 — Parties

The individual or entity identified by the information provided at the time of platform registration.

Article 2 — Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations related to the Buyer's purchase of a subscription to the Mazuapp platform. The service subject to sale is a cloud-based ERP software service designed for the maritime industry, covering procurement management, agency operations, invoicing, quotation management, and budget tracking modules.

Article 3 — Service Fee and Payment

  • The service fee is determined based on the subscription plan selected by the Buyer.
  • Payment is securely collected via the iyzico payment infrastructure.
  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront; monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each period.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Article 4 — Delivery

The service is delivered instantly in a digital environment. Platform access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical delivery is involved.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised once the performance of a digital service has begun with the buyer's consent. Nevertheless, Mazuapp commits to providing a full refund if a written request is made within 7 days from the start of the subscription.

Article 6 — Obligations

Seller's Obligations:

  • To provide the service continuously and securely
  • To process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws
  • To provide technical support

Buyer's Obligations:

  • To pay the subscription fee on time
  • Not to provide unauthorized access to the platform
  • Not to share account credentials with third parties

Article 7 — Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement. Turkish law shall apply.

Article 8 — Entry into Force

This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's completion of the subscription purchase process.
